GO setup and rules

Here I will explain in detail how I run my GOs as well as the rules!I am a co-host of Min (@andearlyobssesed on insta) and primarily host GOs through our preclaims chat. I currently only host for AMPERS&ONE, but I might do an occasional GO for 8TURN, A.C.E or other groups I'm personally interested in! Claims outside of this chat are possible in the comment section of the GO post that I will upload on insta or through DMs!CLAIMS
Either Min or I will message the preclaims chat when a GO opens, they can either be personal attempts or raffles for a fancall or a fansign album (where possible with post-its and/or doodled pcs!) The order will be placed through Min's proxy, so Min will be the primary payment collector, and the payment deadline is always 12pm KST on the day the event preorder closes. This is 5am CEST on the same day for European joiners, and 10pm CST the day before for those in the US!PAYMENTS
Soon after this deadline I will send Min the money for my own claims as well as anything left unclaimed and/or any claims that have not been paid for yet so Min has all the funds necessary to place the order. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that if you are late with your payment and I have covered your claims temporarily, you will need to send the money you owe to ME instead, payments to Min will no longer be accepted. As I am Europe based, this means that currency exchange rates will apply, and any currency fees resulting from a USD to EUR payment will have to be paid by yourself. If you still have not sent the money after those 3 hours without any communication, you will lose your claims from this GO. Repeated late or dodged payments will result in your removal from the group and being blacklisted from any future GOs, and you will lose all your current claims with us without a refund.Payment options are:

Min enforces a policy of a $1 USD fee per claim per hour late for a maximum of 3 hours, and as his co-host, I follow this policy as well. While you can ask for an extension, we cannot guarantee we can give it to you, as it depends on our own financial situation if we can cover your claims or not. Please be aware that even if you request an extension, late fees will still be charged.Wrong payments
We have strict payment rules to ensure a clear overview of what we receive. If we receive a wrong payment, it will be refunded and you will have to send the money again the right way, and a fee will be added so please pay attention to what we request when we start collecting payments! We have these rules in place for a reason, and especially not following note requirements could get our accounts flagged or suspended!!Wrong payments include but are not limited to:
- You did not add your late fee;
- You wrote a wrong note (also includes adding a note when specifically asked not to or vice versa);
- You send the wrong amount.RAFFLES
If a fancall or fansign raffle is hosted, this raffle will take place during the same timeframe as the payment collections. If you win the raffle, please make sure to reply quickly, if we do not get a response in time a new raffle winner will be picked until someone replies on time for their info to be submitted for the GO. If no one responds within the timeframe we have to set up the purchase with the kaddy, we will fill in our own information, since someone's info has to be given for the order to be accepted.SHIPPING
All items are bought through a kaddy/jaddy/caddy and will initially be sent to Min in the US. From there on, any US based claimers will have their items shipped out by Min, and any claims from European joiners will first be shipped to me. Since these packages will also include my own claims as well as the albums from all the GOs I host, I will not charge joiners for the shipment from Min to me, and DOMS will be calculated through the Dutch PostNL* system. I will of course send claims and address checks as well as proof of sending out and a tracking code where applicable.*Upon request I can also look into shipping through Vinted if our countries are on the same server!If you are from neither of these continents, please let us know and we can figure out the cheapest way to get you your items!Last but not least:
PROOF OF ARRIVAL IS NOT OPTIONAL!!!
We need these proofs to build our accounts and show other people that we're reliable in order to grow as a GOM and help the community. Once you receive your items you MUST give proof of arrival through a story post and tag both Min and I. If you do not do this, you will be kicked out of the group chat and banned from joining any of our future GOs.Continuously refusing to follow our rules will also result in your removal from the group, being blacklisted and losing your claims.If you have any other questions, feel free to DM!
